Refund policy

Private community access is a digital service delivered immediately after payment verification. The terms below are configurable and must be confirmed against the consumer law that applies to your operating entity and customers.
Immediate access
Once your payment is verified, your private invitation is issued and access is available straight away. Where the law allows a consumer to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect on a withdrawal right, that consent is requested at checkout.
Statutory rights
Statutory consumer rights are not waived automatically by this policy. Where a right of withdrawal or a refund entitlement applies under applicable law, it is honoured.
No refunds once access is granted
The €200 payment is non-refundable once your private invitation has been issued, because the service is delivered in full at that moment. This does not override any statutory right that applies to you.
If access was never delivered
If you paid and no invitation was ever issued, send your purchase email and payment reference to the published contact address and the payment is returned to the original payment method.
No performance-based refunds
Trading outcomes are never a basis for a refund. No profit is promised at any point.
