1. What is being sold
A one-time payment of €200 grants personal access to a private community in which the journey, research, watchlists, discussions and educational material are shared. No trading service, portfolio management or advisory service is provided.
2. No financial advice
All content is educational and informational and reflects personal opinions and experiences. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no outcome or profit is promised.
3. Personal access only
Access is granted to the purchaser only. Invitations may be single-use, time-limited and monitored. Sharing, reselling or redistributing access or community content may result in removal without refund.
4. Acceptable conduct
Harassment, spam, scam promotion, impersonation and unlawful activity are not permitted inside the community and can lead to immediate removal.
5. Availability and changes
The community format, platform and content may evolve over time. Pricing may change for future purchasers; it does not retroactively change a completed purchase.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for trading losses or decisions taken on the basis of content. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
